Storage Pros is looking to acquire existing self storage facilities in the New England, Michigan, and Tenessee/Mississippi markets with the following criteria:
- - Minimum 300 units or 40,000 rentable square feet
- - Main road visibility and access
- - Deferred maintenance acceptable
