David M. Levenfeld |
David M. Levenfeld, President and CEO of Storage Pros Management LLC and its affiliated companies, has worked in the self storage investment community nationwide for more than 20 years. He is also a co-founder and principal of the Storage Business Owners Alliance (www.theSBOA.com). Between 1996-2001, David served as Vice President – Development, for Storage USA, at that time, an NYSE-listed real estate investment trust. In that capacity, he supervised the company’s development activities in the eastern third of the country, including the development of numerous new construction, expansion and conversion self storage facilities. |
Since 2002, both individually and in partnership with various private institutional investors, David has acquired more than 50 investment-grade self storage properties totaling more than 3.5 million square feet of rentable space with an aggregate value in excess of $250,000,000. He has also brokered the sale of more than $120,000,000 worth of self storage facilities and development parcels in the northeast U.S. David currently serves on the Advisory Board of CubeSmart (NYSE: CUBE), a real estate investment trust that owns and operates self storage facilities nationwide. He also serves on the Board of Directors of SBOA TI Reinsurance, Ltd., a self storage tenant insurance company. David is a licensed real estate broker in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He earned an M.B.A. in 1987 from the Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania, where he concentrated in Real Estate and Finance. He also holds a Masters degree from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University. |

Ian Burnstein |
Ian Burnstein is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Storage Pros Management LLC and its related companies, and is co-founder and President of the Storage Business Owners Alliance (SBOA). In his role with the SBOA, Ian has overseen the development of the company into the leading cooperative buyer’s group in the self storage industry, with more than 2,500 member-facilities.

The success of the SBOA has been driven in part by two of its successful spin-off businesses which Ian co-founded, SBOA Merchant Services (for members to save on credit card processing) and SBOA Tenant Insurance, a company allowing tenants to insure their stored belongings which includes the participation of many of the largest private owner-operators in the self storage industry. He has developed and managed storage facilities in the Eastern US for more than 10 years. He is also a member of the Michigan bar. Ian has been an active principal in more than $200,000,000 of real estate investments and has served in an advisory capacity in numerous other real estate transactions. Ian is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Michigan, and sits on the Board of Directors of SBOA TI Reinsurance, Ltd. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Detroit and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan. Ian was previously a real estate attorney at the law firm of Jaffe, Raitt, Heuer and Weiss, P.C. specializing in real estate transactions. |

John D. Price III is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Storage Pros Management LLC and its affiliated companies, with responsibility for the full breadth of company operations and financial performance. John has more than 20 years of experience in finance, treasury and operations. He joined SPM from GMAC (now Ally Financial), a $173 billion diversified financial services provider, where he led global liquidity management and structured financing activities. |
Previously, John spent 10 years at Ford Motor Company and its Visteon Corporation spin-off, leading finance and treasury activities including financial planning and analysis, subsidiary financing, operations finance and cash flow forecasting. He began his career as a commercial real estate lender at Comerica Bank. John earned an MBA, with High Distinction, in Finance and Accounting from University of Michigan Ross School of Business. He earned a Bachelor’s degree, with High Honor, in Finance from Michigan State University. |

Kim O’Connell is Vice President-Controller of Storage Pros Management LLC and its affiliated companies. In this role, Kim’s wide-ranging responsibilities include financial reporting, cash management, payroll functions, expense review, and process development. Kim works under the guidance of the CFO to ensure that the day-to-day operations of the accounting department are running smoothly. With more than 10 years of accounting experience, Kim has worked in a variety of industries including construction, manufacturing, and entertainment. |
She has a BA from Michigan State University and is currently working towards a Master of Accountancy at Walsh College. |

Peter Spickenagel is Senior District Manager and Director of Repairs & Maintenance for Storage Pros Management LLC.. In this capacity, he oversees all operational aspects of the company, and supervises the five district managers. He also develops and implements new and improved processes to build relationships, generate sales and improve on-site manager performance. Peter received his Bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University, and attended the University of Cincinnati for work towards a Masters degree.

| Lindsey McLaughlinis the Southeast Michigan District Manager for Storage Pros Management Partners LLC, overseeing all Storage Pros properties in the greater Detroit-Ann Arbor area. Lindsey has steadily increased her level of responsibility since joining Storage Pros in 2007 as an assistant property manager. Lindsey attended Baker College and has further developed a strong professional background in customer service, leasing office management, marketing and training. | |

David Rivers joined Storage Pros Management LLC in 2012 as the New England District Manager. He brings more than eight years of multi-site experience with a large self storage REIT in the Northeast Region where in addition to operations, he was involved in third-party development and acquisitions. In 2007, David was named District Manager of the Year for his outstanding financial and operational results. Previously, David held Regional and District Manager positions with large national retailers and quick service restaurant chains in the East Coast and Southern markets. David attended Stonehill College in Easton, Massachusetts. |

Michael Abell is the Tennessee District Manager for Storage Pros Management LLC, overseeing 11 Storage Pros properties in the states of Tennessee and Mississippi. Mike began his career in self storage in 2004, increasing his levels of responsibility along the way, including positions with several regional and national self storage companies. He has also served as a board member with the Tennessee Self Storage Association. Michael attended the University of Tennessee at Martin. |
Sarah Stauffer joined Storage Pros Management LLC in 2012 as West Michigan District Manager, overseeing 14 properties located in Michigan. She brings more than 20 years of property management experience, with the last eight years specializing in self storage. Sarah began career as a resident manager in student housing and progressed to a district manager position. She earned an Associates’ Degree in Liberal Arts from Lansing Community College and obtained a Real Estate Sales Person license from the State of Michigan in 2001.

Liz Rogala joined Storage Pros Management LLC in 2010, and presently serves as Senior Manager of Marketing and Corporate Administration. In this capacity, Liz develops and executes revenue-enhancing marketing initiatives and also ensures smooth day-to-day administrative operations company-wide. She attended Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI where she graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Management. |

Mary Ann Kocan, Human Resource Manager, has served with the Storage Pros since its inception in early 2007. She coordinates all human resources activities forthe company. Mary Ann formerly owned and operated a chain of retail stores in the Metro Detroit area. Her undergraduate studies in Business and Computer Graphic Technology were at Schoolcraft College in Livonia, Michigan.
